Peruvian Sass
Pepper IPA
This sweet heat comes from South America. Aji Amarillo, or yellow pepper, is a unique hot pepper grown in the Andes of Peru. This beer is a fun, friendly, fruity American Pale Ale with a light malt backbone that expresses the tremendous flavors of Aji Amarillo peppers married with a combination of Centennial and Cascade hops. The finish is refreshingly dry with just a hint of spice from the peppers that warms your palate and invites another sip.

Tropical Blond Ale
A light and crispy blonde ale with lime citrus and pineapple notes. This is a crisp summer ale that highlights the flavor of hops and a tropical yeast with a unique Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces) strain that produces delicate, tart, tropical mango, and pineapple fruit characteristics with a clean finish. Munzer
Oktoberfest is an antique German beer style popular worldwide for its rich malts and iconic style. A beer rich in malt with a balance of clean, hop bitterness, similar to the Vienna lager. Our Oktoberfest has a toasted bread or biscuit-like malt aroma and flavor. The taste is pleasant, with lighter tones of doughy yeast, brown bread, and a hint of smoked toffee with a touch of grassy hops and caramel sweetness. A great beer that is drinkable through your favorite football game.

But the true enchantment occurs during dry-hopping, where our brewer incorporates the esteemed Saaz hop. These hops impart a delicate floral aroma and earthy undertones that gracefully dance across your nose, accompanying the velvety smoothness of every sip.
