Excellent beer selection!! Beer menu is ever changing with great options. Bromista and French Toast stout are my favorites but they were all very good and clearly the brewer understands the craft in every intricate detail. Brick oven pizzas are untouchable. Everything Ive ever had off the menu has been great. Bulgogi tacos were amazing. Service has always been excellent, great people, great attitude which contributes to the great atmosphere. Outdoor patio is always relaxing and typically has live music. I also love the fact that its owned and operated by military veterans. They have established a great place for all the local veterans to hang out, share stories and enjoy their community. This place represents what a great craft brewery should be. They have brought the community together with great food, excellent beer and wine and a respect for what really matters which is people and community. Don’t miss an opportunity to stop in and try this place out. You’ll be so glad you did.

Always a great experience at Rising Eagle Brewery in Elgin. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they really care about creating a place where the community can come together. Decided to try out the new little brewery in Elgin. We ordered a beer flight to try a few different beers. Definitely found a few we liked and one we didn't, but overall, an awesome selection to choose from . I had the brick oven pizza, which was awesome, and my fiance had the Painin sandwich, which she enjoyed, and we had the pretzel bites for the appetizers. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the inside setup is great, too. You can enjoy your meal and drinks on the outside patio, which is very nice also. Overall, it was a wonderful afternoon dining experience, and we will definitely be back. Service and staff was amazing, very friendly and professional. We wish this new business much success in the future.
